1. General
These terms govern the use of IrriForge — a web application for designing irrigation systems — available at irriforge.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by App Services, registered at Podolska 21, 81-321 Gdynia, tax ID 7311926683 (the “Provider”). Contact: office@irriforge.com.
By using the Service you accept these terms. Using the Service requires a device with a modern web browser and an internet connection.
2. Account
Some features (saving projects, report export, paid plans) require an account — registered with an e-mail address or a Google account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in account settings or by writing to office@irriforge.com.
3. Service and plans
The Service lets you draw a site plan, place sprinkler heads and drip lines, size pipes, and export an installer-ready report. Available plans (free and paid, with prices) are described on the Pricing page. Prices include VAT.
- The Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) renews automatically until cancelled.
- The week pass is a one-time payment and does not renew.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time — access lasts until the end of the paid period.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. The Provider does not store card details. Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable law using the details you provide.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital services performed immediately — where you consented to performance before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal — the right of withdrawal does not apply. Withdrawal notices may be sent to office@irriforge.com.
6. Your content
Projects, plans, and data you enter remain yours. You grant the Provider a licence only to the extent needed to operate the Service (storage, processing, report generation). Unlawful content is prohibited.
7. Nature of generated designs — disclaimer
Designs and calculations produced by the Service (head selection, flows, pipe diameters, coverage) are estimates intended as a design aid. They do not replace an executable engineering design or the judgement of a professional installer. Verify real-world parameters (pressure, water source capacity, soil conditions) before installation. The Provider is not liable for installations executed solely on the basis of a generated design.
8. Liability
The Provider strives to keep the Service available and correct but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. For non-consumer users, the Provider's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to office@irriforge.com; the Provider responds within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes to these terms
The Provider may amend these terms for valid reasons (changes in law, Service features, or pricing). Users will be notified by e-mail or in the Service at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; you may terminate the contract before that date.
11. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not covered here are governed by the applicable statutes. How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
